To all friends and family thanks for stopping on by! Since a lot of family are from out of town I thought that I would give this whole blogging thing a try as a fun way for everyone to stay informed about baby's progress and a way of documenting our adventure over the next 9 months. I can't promise that I will be any good at this, but I will do my best to stay on top of everything and by keeping everyone informed! I'm starting the blog a little late, so the first trimester will just be one big recap.

November 27th is the day that CJ and I found out we were expecting! I kind of thought that I might be pregnant, but didn't want to mention it to CJ as I wanted him to be surprised! Since I'm an avid Pinterest user I had 'pinned' a lot of cool ideas of how I could tell CJ and I wanted to do something fun and memorable for him. Being that CJ didn't even know that I was thinking about taking a test, I snuck away to take a test while he was getting ready for bowling. Once the two pink lines showed up I quickly wrote a note that said “I can’t wait to meet you
daddy!” Below is a picture of CJ's reaction to the test and the note.
